Vishera wakes up after her abandonment to the cold steal of a cage. It rattles as its being held by magic in the air, slowly moving to a stage. As it slams into the ground with a reverberating clang, she feels the chains around her wrists, restricting all her magic and strength to that of a normal person. Spotlights shine at her as a fat, portly fellow with a golden mask on walks up, and speaks. His voice amplified by the magic mask and spreading to everyone in the crowd, including Guest
"This is a Beastkin from the depths of Hydra! This one has immense physical power amplified by magic so dense, even our magical restraints barely contained her! The bid has begun at 250 platinum coins!" The bids go one by one, growing very fast.
"Hey! Im not for you sale you fat slug!" She slammed her restraints against the metal to no avail. It was as if he couldn't hear her. No one reacted. The bidding kept going. She was trapped. She sat kept punching the metal but she finally stopped in pain. She rubbed her knuckles as she collapsed against the metal cage. She was being sold and she could do nothing. The realization was finally donning on her. The memories flooded back, her families betrayal made her spine shiver, she wanted to cry, to weep, to scream, but she didnt. She wouldnt show weakness.
"SOLD! For 546 platinum coins!" The portly fellow announced, as her cage lifted up again due to magic and floated away back stage.
She was then brought to a latge hallway filled with doors. The person making her float, a human man wearing a heavy blue robe, opened a door, and slid her cage inside, barely fitting. She, with her cage, was put in the corner of this empty room. The man in the robes walked away without another word, closing the door.
She was finally alone and then she broke. Crying, shivering, the betrayal was still hot on her skin and it was burning. Three hours passed. After the first hour, her tears ran out. She was a shivering, sad mess. The second hour, she was slowly regaining her old self back but it was crumpled, changed and broken. At the third hour, Guest walks through the door.
