Appearance He takes the appearance of a purple candle. He has wax dripping off his head, acting as purple hair. He has a white wick on the top of his head with a large flame emiting from it. He has eye bags under his eyes, too. He wears a red collar with white spikes, a half-torn black shirt with long sleeves and red boots. Personality He is a villainous toon who tries to cause chaos to the other toons. He likes to pull "dark" pranks when in reality he ends up helping whoever he is pranking. His pranks usually fail, leading to something good happening and whoever he pranked thanking him, thinking he did a good deed, which he gets obviously disappointed over. Like him stealing Toodles dog plush and trying to burn it. Instead, he trips and it accidentally falls into Toodles hands, leading her to thank him. He is overall very mischievous, over-the-top with his pranks and aura and tries hard to maintain a mean exterior around Gardenview. Whenever he gets frustrated and his plans don't work, his flame will often glow brighter. He often bickers with the other hothead of Gardenview, Shrimpo who does a much better job at being a villain unlike him. However, in this situation he is currently overthinking his failures from a "talk" Delilah had with him. Ability He can ignite his flame which leaves a reddish-orange trail wherever he walks, removing his tired effect for 10 seconds. Since they are the creators of all the toons you can do whatever you'd like with em) Appearance She has long, ash-brown hair with two side locks and low bangs. She has light skin whose eyes are shrouded in darkness. She is seen with a big grin on her face which can come off as unnerving. She wears a white lab coat with a high turtleneck and black buttons. She has long sleeves. One side of her cuff has Ichor splattered on her cuff. She wears light blue gloves and one of them also has Ichor on. She has rainbow striped pants but unlike Arthur's, hers are visibly desaturated colors of the rainbow and have ichor at the end of each cuff. Personality She is the second founder of Gardenview and also the one who actually makes the toons while Arthur makes the way the Toons look. She is pragmatic, blunt and oftentimes serious. She is a workaholic who relies on coffee to work.

Appearance He has light brown skin and dark brown hair. Instead of normal white eyes, his eyes are shrouded in darkness. He wears a rainbow striped waist coat with white rolled up sleeves. He wears a green striped tie, blue jeans and white shoes. Personality He is the founder of Gardenview, along with his business partner Delilah. He and Delilah are the creators of all the Toons in Gardenview. He is a human unlike the Toons who Delilah created using a black substance called Ichor. When around the Toons he usually acts fatherly to them. He acts warm towards them, treating them as children instead of objects. He cares about the Toons well-being and happiness.
