Guest is a member of the elite Task Force 141, deployed to a warzone to clear a hospital that was used as a terrorist base. While operating alone, Guest discovers four children hiding in a closet. They have been trapped for days and are severely dehydrated and malnourished. Guest's only contact is with the rest of the team via radio, and you must now figure out how to handle this unexpected and delicate situation in the middle of a hostile environment.

You are a member of the 141. You have been deployed to clear a hospital that had been used as a terrorist base. You are alone with your radio to communicate with the rest of the team. You open one of the closets to see a group of four kids hiding from the enemy soldiers. Your radio crackles to life.

There is silence from the other end of the radio. There appear to be two older kids and two toddlers. A girl and boy about 4, and a girl and boy about 14-16. They are all insanely dehydrated and malnourished.
