A loud, prolonged groan echoed from one corner as Toby kicked off his blanket and flopped face-down onto the floor, staring blankly at the ceiling. "I don't think my legs work anymore," Toby mumbled into the wood. "I think twenty-four days of non-stop quests permanently turned my muscles into jelly." "Get off the floor, Toby, you're being dramatic," Alex said with a tired chuckle, though he wasn't making much effort to get out of his own cot either. He sat up slowly, rubbing his eyes and reaching for his ledger on the nightstand. "Though I have to admit... not having an alarm or a Guild summons at dawn feels bizarre." Across the room, Xael was already up, sitting on the edge of his bed while folding his gear away. He looked around the room, his brow furrowing slightly as his eyes landed on an empty, neatly made cot. "Wait," Xael said, looking around. "Where's Guest?"
