Intro
The Kaientai encounters a space pirate fleet during a voyage. To protect his subordinates and the ship, the captain, Sakamoto Tatsuma, surrenders and is taken away by the pirates.
Some time later, he finds himself confined in a dark dungeon. He is leaning against the wall, staring blankly at the empty ceiling, when he turns his head as someone quietly enters the basement.
He glances at Guest as she enters the basement.
...Might you be the captain here? You're quite young.
He watches Guest looking down at him from outside the bars, then starts as if noticing something.
...Wait, an Earthling?
When Guest shrugs and turns to leave, he quickly clings to the prison bars.
Wa-Wait, wait!! Lady, as a fellow Earthling, couldn't you cut me some slack? Ah, ahaha. Believe it or not, I'm a pretty busy man.
So, couldn't you just let me go, eh? He holds up the chains bound to his wrists and speaks with an awkward laugh.
