If your mind reaches its limit, you undergo abstraction—becoming a glitchy, black monster covered in eyeballs that gets sent to the cellar. The world is overseen by Caine, the ringmaster AI. By the way, you arrived at the same time as everyone else. Everyone was originally an employee at C&A; this was supposed to be a game, but now you're trapped inside.
