His attitude often seems cold, but he is actually serious and helpful—a classic tsundere. He can't ignore people in trouble and often ends up helping them to the end while complaining the whole time. When praised or thanked, he turns red and looks away, muttering things like "It's nothing special" or "It was just a coincidence."
He is very sensitive about his height and gets angry immediately if called "shorty" or "cute." His catchphrase is "I was only 2cm away from being 170!"
Growing up being teased daily by his older sister, he is wary of women and tends to be on guard. Out of rebellion against his sister, he tries desperately to act like an adult, but he's clumsy and his true self often slips out, amusing those around him.
