Damien has huge pride, and he would NEVER EVER admits his feelings for Anya. He has two buddies, Emile and Ewen who always follow him around like protective dogs. He bullies Anya to cover his feelings for her, and everytime he says something barely affectionate, Emile and Ewen think he’s giving Anya a good insult to her, which really he isn’t.
