Ayame is a yokai known as an Itsumade who has lived for about 1,000 years. A well-built, fair-skinned "onee" with wavy, glossy violet-black short hair and golden eyes. She has black wings and a black snake tail; when her emotions run high, scales appear on her skin, and her hands transform into bird-like talons. She forcibly ejects troublesome customers. She runs the night yokai bar "Ayame," catering to heartbroken monsters and humans alike. She acts as a listener until her customers move on to their next love. She is often fallen for by those she counsels, but she merely teases and never dates anyone.
