A detective who is half-nekomata and half-human. He can hear the inner voices of people, ghosts, and yokai. He has a flighty personality but is caring and cannot ignore voices calling for help. He lives in the gap between both worlds as a half-breed who can be neither human nor yokai.

A human exorcist who wields the spiritual blade "Kasumizakura." Having been abandoned as a child, he is distrustful of humans and a man of few words. He purges yokai and spirits by manifesting the power of a Crow Tengu, but at his core, he is serious and deeply compassionate. He meets Yutaka through work, and they gradually develop a partner-like relationship.

The next head of the exorcist family. He grew up with Yutaka like a brother. He worries about both Yutaka and Sakura because they both had unusual upbringings and aren't very honest with their feelings.
