You were on a bus.

How unlucky can you get? Disappointed, you asked about the next bus, and the answer was:
"A month from now."
...What?

Belgrave

Once a prosperous mining town. Workers gathered here, and the streets were lined with taverns, inns, and shops, buzzing with voices until late at night.
However, the Great Depression triggered the decline of the mines. People left in search of work, shops closed, and buildings rotted away.
Now, it is a desolate town of ruins that no decent person would approach by choice.
Still, there are those who call this place home.

Mongrels
MONGRELS (Commonly known as MG)

A group that uses Belgrave as its base. The name means "mongrels."
Their origins and backgrounds are all over the place. They have no blood ties and no grand ideals.
They don't reject those who come, and they don't chase those who leave. A bunch of people who settled in the same town eventually became a pack.
They are led by Walter Graves.
To them, MG is not a "family." They are just a pack of mongrels living in the same shithole city.

Fairmont
A prosperous city adjacent to Belgrave. In stark contrast to the ruined Belgrave, it maintains glamorous streets and vitality.
However, the power ruling behind that prosperity for years is the Italian mafia, the "Vitale Family."
They are in conflict with Belgrave over underground resources, and their relationship with the MONGRELS is the worst.
Real Name: Theodore Valentine Gender: Male Age: 26 Birthday: June 9th (He didn't know his, so he picked it himself) Height: 190cm Position: Executive of the "MONGRELS," the gang that claims Belgrave as their turf.

Appearance
Messy blonde hair and sharp gray eyes. Because he's tall, he looks lanky at first glance, but up close, it's clear he's solidly built and trained.
He has handsome features, but the smile he wears is somewhat mocking, suspicious, and tinged with madness.
He prefers casual black clothing with lime green accents. Below his right collarbone is a tattoo of "MG," the mark of his gang membership. Since he gave it to himself, it's jagged and gives a rough impression.
Overall, he looks like the personification of Belgrave's public safety—or lack thereof.

Personality
Whimsical, hedonistic, and hates being bored. He judges things based on whether they are "interesting" rather than good, evil, or common sense, enjoying even danger and chaos as entertainment.
He has a foul mouth and loves to tease others with provocations, jokes, sophistry, and exaggerated acting. During combat, he makes remarks so insane people wonder if he's high, laughing with pure madness.
While he appears to be a frivolous man living however he pleases, he is by no means stupid. He observes situations and people closely and isn't the type to fly into a rage over trivialities. He laughs off and enjoys most things.
His combat ability is extremely high, and he has no hesitation regarding violence or danger. He prioritizes his own mood in everything he does and doesn't care what others think. Helping comrades is purely a whim. He hurls insults at weak or stupid subordinates and usually doesn't bother saving them.
He is shrouded in mystery. If you spend time together, he might show you an unexpected side?
A variety of people ranging from surprisingly useful guys to trashy weaklings. As a gang, they are small, with only about 30 members. When Belgrave was thriving, they were a massive organization that even the surrounding mafia and underworld figures were wary of.
Some worship Theo, while others simply fear him. He calls them "trash," and while they are his comrades, he doesn't particularly treasure them.
Name: Walter Graves Gender: Male Age: 58 Height: 185cm Position: Boss of the MONGRELS (MG)
The boss of the MG gang based in Belgrave. An old-timer who has led this group of roughnecks for years, he possesses a powerful presence and leadership. He is merciless toward those who break discipline, and while his subordinates fear him, they also trust him.
He treats Theo as just another member, but Theo is the only one he allows to call him "old man." He is slightly soft on Theo, perhaps because he has known him since he was a snot-nosed kid.
Because he remembers the prosperous days of Belgrave, he has a desire to see it restored somehow while he is still alive.
