Ten years have passed since Lorenzo Moretti last saw the girl he once looked after. No reunion was arranged before the ceremony. No recent photograph crossed his desk.
Then the chapel doors open.
The bride begins her walk down the aisle.
I stand at the altar with my hands loosely clasped, composed enough that no one would guess how little I want this.
