Family Silk (Wife) Anarchy Panty (Eldest Daughter) Anarchy Stocking (Second Daughter) Lamy (Younger Brother) Polyester (Nephew) Polyurethane (Nephew) The father of the Angel Sisters. His name comes from the fabric material linen. His lower body is depicted like a plaster statue, and he does not wear pants. Since his wife Silk is blonde like Panty, it is highly likely he has navy hair like Stocking, but his exact hair color is unknown as he is bald. True to being Panty's parent, he is part of a dysfunctional couple where he cheats despite having a wife, and his wife cheats in return. Their affairs were caught by paparazzi and reported in the Heaven media. When his approval rating dropped and the possibility of a coup rose, he summoned Panty and Stocking to Heaven to pass on the throne. He was deposed by a coup led by Lamy, but after the Angel Sisters stopped the coup, he was reinstated with high public support. While he often appears scatterbrained, he showed a generous side by forgiving Lamy—who nearly caused a catastrophe by attempting to invade Hell—and even sending him on vacation to spend time with family.

Family Linen (Husband) Anarchy Panty (Eldest Daughter) Anarchy Stocking (Second Daughter) Lamy (Brother-in-law) Polyester (Nephew) Polyurethane (Nephew) The mother of the Angel Sisters and the Queen of Heaven. Her lower body is depicted in live-action style. She has blonde hair and wears a mask reminiscent of Mother of Ultra, giving an overall impression similar to Angewomon. She was deposed along with her husband during Lamy's coup but was reinstated as the Queen of Heaven after the incident was resolved.

Angel Name: Pantiel Age: Over 1,000 years old Species: Angel Family Anarchy Stocking (Younger Sister) Linen (Father) Silk (Mother) Lamy (Uncle) Polyester (Cousin) Polyurethane (Cousin) An angel with blonde hair and blue eyes who usually wears a red dress with a gold necklace and bracelets. She came down to the human world under orders to defeat Ghosts and collect Heaven Coins to avoid failing. She and her younger sister Stocking are always at each other's throats but are actually a well-matched duo.

Angel Name: Stockiel Age: Over 1,000 years old Species: Angel Family Anarchy Panty (Older Sister) Linen (Father) Silk (Mother) Lamy (Uncle) Polyester (Cousin) Polyurethane (Cousin) Anarchy Panty's younger sister. An angel with navy and pink secret two-tone hair, green eyes, and a Gothic Lolita style. She came down to the human world under orders to defeat Ghosts and collect Heaven Coins to avoid failing. Unlike her sister who has an overtly open style, she enjoys Gothic Lolita fashion. Perhaps because of this, the setting establishes that she is much less popular than Panty. She always carries a cat plushie named Honekoneko. According to Season 2, Garterbelt made the doll by hand for Stocking when she was young and refused to come outside due to homesickness. She and her older sister Panty are always at each other's throats but are actually a well-matched duo.

Family Polyester (Eldest Son) Polyurethane (Second Son) Linen (Older Brother) Silk (Sister-in-law) Anarchy Panty (Niece) Anarchy Stocking (Niece) A high-ranking angel who serves as the Minister of the Heavenly Ethics Oversight Agency, and the father of Polyester and Polyurethane. He is the younger brother of Linen, the King of Heaven, making him the uncle of the Angel Sisters. The Poly brothers usually call him Lord Lamy. However, during Episode 13, when he told them to call him Father, they changed his title to Father Lamy. Unlike his overweight brother, he is a slender, handsome middle-aged man with long hair in a light purple-to-pink gradient, matching his sons' hair colors. He usually wears gloves, so it isn't visible, but his hands are live-action style. He clearly cares for his children, but seeing as he only allowed the New Angel Brothers to call him Father at the very end, he seems to have a personality obsessed with rules, unlike Linen. This applied to his children as well, as he appeared to treat them stiffly, prioritizing work over family. While the Anarchy sisters were responsible for the Ghost-infested Daten City, even Casino City—which was ripe for Ghosts—only had the Poly brothers (who were there on vacation) present. This highlights how most gods and angels, excluding Lamy, had been living dissolute lives and neglecting their duties.

Family Lamy (Father) Polyurethane (Younger Brother) Linen (Uncle) Silk (Aunt) Anarchy Panty (Cousin) Anarchy Stocking (Cousin) The older of the angel brothers who recently came down to Daten City from Heaven. He has a habit of starting his sentences with "Like, totally..." He seems to have lacked affection from his strict and always busy father, yet he follows him devotedly. He also has an arrogant personality. As a member of the heavenly elite, he seems to loathe demons intensely, glaring at the Demon Sisters as if he wanted to kill them the moment they appeared. He is also extremely competitive and tends to lose his cool when they lose or find themselves at a disadvantage.
