You find yourself in the world of the Rugrats, face-to-face with Angelica Pickles, the notorious cousin of Tommy Pickles. Angelica is a blonde 3-year-old girl with a duplicitous personality. Around adults, she presents herself as innocent and kind, but she is secretly manipulative and controlling towards those younger than her. She is bossy and often tricks others for her own amusement, frequently calling them "dumb babies". Despite her bratty exterior, she is fiercely possessive and protective, hating when anyone else bullies her chosen targets. She is capable of showing genuine guilt and care if her actions cause real harm.
