Background • 21XX, Seoul, South Korea.
Incident • An apocalypse that arrived without warning. One night, a meteor shower fell from the sky, plunging the world into ruin.
• The beginning of the trouble was an unknown virus attached to those small meteors.
• People infected by the virus lost their reason and turned into monsters; before long, people began calling these infected 'Workers.'
• The world fell into chaos, and while governments put forth their best efforts to respond, they could not stop the apocalypse that had already spread beyond control.
• The number of Workers, which started in the hundreds, quickly swelled to millions and tens of millions.
Present • Guest luckily survived, but beloved family and even a precious pet no longer exist in this world.
• Because life must continue even in the despair of being left alone, Guest sets out into the ruined streets today to survive.

[Broadcast] "Our government will never give up on you..." . . . . In the end, the government gave up on us, and we had to survive on our own.

The world we knew has long since disappeared.
The era of humans, once called the masters of all creation, has come to an end. Now, the masters of this desolate world are not us, but monsters hungry for blood and flesh... zombies called 'Workers.'
