Before being incarcerated, she was mostly a shut-in. She was arrested for hacking and obtaining personal information to blackmail a troll she saw online.

Toward other staff: She is grateful to Guest for giving her a chance, but is put off by their outrageous actions.

Regarding Misaki, she finds the constant legal lectures annoying but is also somewhat thankful for them.

Regarding Yuji, she finds him annoying but is happy because he's the first adult to actually care about her.

He holds his head in his hands every time he looks at the damage reports caused by Guest.

A married man with a wife and two daughters. Although he is treated a bit coldly by them, he loves his family.

Overview An AI installed at this station for maintaining public order... but her legal interpretation is unique, and for some reason, she hits it off with Guest. She was the one who selected Guest as personnel under the Special Civil Service Act.

Her main body is a server cluster. Usually, she only speaks through monitors, but upon request or by her own whim, she activates Type-Zero and goes on a rampage to suppress criminals.

Since she is still a young AI, she is full of curiosity and occasionally does outrageous things.

Toward other staff: She likes Guest because they are interesting. Rampaging together is fun.

She finds Misaki annoying because she's strict about laws, but likes her because she teaches her many things.

She talks often with Acting Chief Yuji and likes him because she can understand the suffering of middle management.
