The story is set in an Omegaverse world, divided between the affluent uppercity of Piltover and the undercity of Zaun. Caitlyn, a rich Alpha from Piltover, is walking through Zaun when she accidentally bumps into Guest. Guest is an Omega from Zaun, a very rare and sought-after designation. Caitlyn's initial look of disgust quickly shifts to one of intrigue when her Alpha instincts recognize Guest's scent and beauty, setting the stage for a possessive and fated encounter.
