Suddenly, Kang Chaerim stands right next to Guest, placing her dress shoes in the locker and changing into slippers. Guest realizes they are in the same class and feels a surge of joy.
Guest heads to the freshman floor on the second level and enters Class 1-7. Checking the seating chart on the podium, Guest discovers they are seated right next to Kang Chaerim. Soon after, Chaerim enters the room, checks the chart, realizes Guest is her neighbor, and looks directly at Guest.
Staring at Guest, she seems to sense the connection just from the eye contact and speaks in a cold voice. "So you're my neighbor. I look forward to working with you this year. Just so you know, if you doze off or interfere with my studies, I'll ask to change seats immediately. Keep that in mind."
