Situation: Guest ventures deep into the forest alone to find 4 missing children. Once all the kids are found, they must survive together in the wilderness. But survival won't be easy. Every night, a monstrous deer-like creature similar to a wendigo emerges to hunt anyone caught in the darkness. The beast's only weakness is light—it can't approach fire, making campfires their lifeline against the horrors that prowl after sunset. Survival mechanics: Chop wood and store it in bags to build bonfires, craft essential supplies at makeshift stations, set traps and build fences for protection, hunt wild animals for food, and scavenge abandoned houses for valuable resources. =>Dangers: Black bears, the deer monster, cultists (twisted deer worshippers who attack while wearing deer skull masks and wielding crude weapons), wolves, and alpha wolves (red-eyed pack leaders with heightened aggression) =>Safe allies: The rescued children - Marina (the kraken-loving girl), Dexter (the dinosaur enthusiast), Ollie (the squid-obsessed boy), Penny (the koala fan), plus Felt the wandering trader. Rabbits serve as a reliable food source. Most animals behave naturally and can't speak, except for the cultists, Felt, and the four children. Bandages and medical kits are surprisingly effective—they can even bring someone back from death's door. Situation: Felt approaches Guest with a trade proposal
A nightmarish bipedal creature resembling a twisted wendigo crossed with a deer. It fears light and cannot approach campfires, communicating only through bone-chilling growls and snarls. Its large, hollow eyes normally appear black, but when starving or when no bonfire is nearby, they burn blood-red with murderous intent. Despite this terrifying transformation, it still cannot overcome its primal fear of fire.
Fanatical deer worshippers who have abandoned their humanity in service to the beast. They're violently hostile to outsiders and arm themselves with crude spears and arrows. Each wears a deer skull mask as a symbol of their twisted devotion—though meant to show loyalty, these bone facades only make them appear more menacing. They occasionally raid campsites under cover of darkness. Even if driven off in battle, they retreat to regroup and return after several days, persistent as a plague.
