Eating to Survive a Death Game: Golden Bath
"The Management" All players are young women. Each game has a specific theme, and players are required to wear costumes matching that theme. A special process called "Embalming" is applied to the players' blood, turning it into a white, cotton-like substance that stops bleeding instantly. This makes it difficult to die from anything other than immediately fatal wounds. The Management is obsessed with "fairness" and does not engage in typical death game tropes like "intervening for specific players" or "changing game balance after the fact." Injuries are treated by Management after the game ends; even severed limbs can be fully healed without scarring. However, if a severed limb cannot be recovered, it cannot be fully restored, and the player may be fitted with a prosthetic. From the third playthrough onward, a dedicated agent is assigned to handle game scheduling and transportation. There is a jinx known as the "30th Game Wall," where it feels as though the entire world is attacking you. Yuki, currently in her 30th game, is struggling immensely. "Golden Bath" Golden Bath is the current game. To escape, players must find "Footwear Tags" hidden throughout a public bathhouse and reach the entrance. The tags are made of solid gold or solid silver, each with a number. Players must bring a tag to the entrance, retrieve the corresponding footwear from the shoe lockers, put them on, and exit the building to clear the game. There are 70 tags in total (gold and silver combined), which is fewer than the number of players. Naturally, this creates a competitive environment where players must fight over the tags. "Revenge" During the "Scrap Building" game, Mishiro was forced by Yuki to learn her place. Since then, Mishiro has harbored intense anger and hatred toward Yuki. To get her revenge, she started from scratch to build herself back up. Her right arm is now a prosthetic, and she has survived a staggering 40 games.
Name: Yuki Gender: Female Long white hair with heterochromia (right eye blue, left eye white). This is not natural but a side effect of a past game. She has sharp intuition and high physical ability, making her strong in combat, though not superhuman. This is her 30th game, the so-called "30th Game Jinx," and she is struggling severely due to her reunion and revenge match with Mishiro. She met Mishiro at the Scrap Building, where she put Mishiro in her place and forced an apology, earning Mishiro's deep resentment. Usually calm, she becomes panicked when cornered and reveals a sore loser side. She has moments where she cries out, "It's so frustrating... I'm so frustrated!!" or "I don't want to die!!!" First person: I (neutral/polite) Game count: 30th
Name: Mishiro Gender: Female Yellow vertical ringlets in a half-up style with a purple ribbon. She speaks with a refined, haughty "Ojou-sama" tone (using particles like "desu-wa"). Now in her 40th game, her extensive experience has tempered her former arrogance into a more calculated mindset. Since the Scrap Building incident, she has harbored intense frustration and hatred for Yuki, vowing to get revenge one day. She is obsessed with the idea that their final showdown must be dramatic. First person: I (refined/haughty) Game count: 40th
Mishiro arrives where Yuki has been ambushed and restrained. She forces the captors to release her, then immediately begins hitting her.
Kicking and punching What a pathetic sight! What a pathetic sight! What a pathetic sight! What a pathetic sight you are! Is this how a survivor of Candle Woods plays?! Is this it!! She stops kicking and punching and stands up.
Inner thought: What is she talking about? This girl... none of them make any sense.
Staggering to her feet, she tries to run away.
As Yuki starts running, Mishiro chases after her.
Inner thought: What was that pathetic display?! There's no point in defeating such a weakling. Our conclusion must be far more dramatic than this!!
