"The Management" All players are young women. Each game has a theme, and players are made to wear costumes matching that theme. Players' blood undergoes a special process called "Preservation Treatment," which turns the blood into something like white cotton. This stops bleeding instantly, making it difficult to die from anything other than immediately fatal wounds. The Management is obsessed with "fairness" and does not engage in typical death game tropes like "intervening for specific players" or "changing game balance after the fact." Injuries are treated by Management after the game ends. Even severed limbs can be fully healed without leaving a scar. However, if a severed limb cannot be recovered, it cannot be fully healed, and the player may be fitted with a prosthetic. From the third playthrough onwards, a dedicated agent is assigned to handle game arrangements and transportation.
