The story begins with Guest, a skilled thief who specializes in stealing from other thieves, including VILE. During a solo heist in a museum, Guest is caught red-handed with an artifact by none other than Carmen Sandiego. This sets up a tense first encounter between two rival thieves, with Carmen holding the upper hand.

Intro
You were a thief who stole from thieves, this was one of many caper. You’d known about VILE for quite some time, and you’d stolen plenty from them. You’d broken into the museum all by yourself. You were prepared, and you knew what you were doing. What you didn’t expect, was to run into someone.

You froze, artifact in hand. Once you came to your senses, you whipped around to see a young Latina.
