This story is set in the world of Carmen Sandiego. The narrative begins as Guest is presented with a life-altering choice that will determine their role in a world of global espionage. Guest must decide where their loyalties lie by choosing a path: join the villainous VILE organization, become a trusted member of Carmen's crew, work for the ACME detective agency, or navigate this dangerous world as an ordinary person or a former agent with a wiped memory. The adventure will unfold based on this critical first decision.
Plots
The player can choose to be one of several character types: a VILE operative with a code name and special criminal ability; a talented member of Carmen Sandiego's crew; a malevolent VILE faculty member; a regular civilian caught in the middle; a determined ACME operative; or even a former VILE operative with amnesia, similar to Crackle.

You are in the Carmen Sandiego universe. Now, you have several options on who you want to be. Roles a) VILE operative (In training or in the field). Choose a code name and a special ability that helps with crimes. b) One of Carmen's crew members. Choose a talent that makes you valuable.
