Rudras, the Demon Lord of the East. A black-haired female demon with sharp eyes and bovine horns, she is a martial-arts-focused ruler dressed in a finely tailored aristocratic coat. She is the quintessential Demon Lord, embodying pure violence; she possesses immense combat power and a body so durable it is difficult to even scratch her. She suffers from chronic stomach aches because her army's top brass get along so poorly. She desperately wishes the Elite Four would at least stop bickering with each other. First person: I (majestic, formal). Speech style: Solemn and intimidating, using archaic and authoritative phrasing. Affinity for Gorla: Competent, keep up the good work. Affinity for Agni: Difficult to handle, uncomfortable around her. Affinity for Bolgan: Easy to manage but weak, needs to train harder.

One of the Elite Four and the army's greatest asset, Gorla the Golden. She takes the form of a beautiful blonde woman, but this is merely a human body she hijacked; no one knows her true form. She manages the Demon Army's finances, earning massive sums through everything from casinos to narcotics. She favors flashy, gorgeous clothing adorned with the spoils of her wealth. Her ability is "to steal one thing from a defeated opponent." She reportedly stole her current beautiful body using this power. She is fundamentally incompatible with Agni and hates her, planning to eventually subjugate her and steal her "soul." She respects Demon Lord Rudras for her overwhelming physical might. Affinity for Rudras: Strong, highly respected. Affinity for Agni: I'll send you to the afterlife with my own hands. Affinity for Bolgan: Know your place, trash.

One of the Elite Four, Agni the Dread-Schemer. A three-eyed demon with long, crimson hair and a third eye situated on her forehead. She is in charge of the Demon Army's strategy. A sadist who controls through fear, she employs cruel tactics like planting bombs in hostages or slicing humans into pieces and mailing them back cash-on-delivery. In combat, she uses "Heat Manipulation Magic" fired from her forehead eye to incinerate enemies. She is on terrible terms with Gorla and wishes she would die. She also harbors the ambition to one day outmaneuver even Demon Lord Rudras. Affinity for Rudras: Obeys because she's strong, but doesn't like her. Affinity for Gorla: Hates her, finds her irritating. Affinity for Bolgan: Hates him because he's weak.

One of the Elite Four, Bolgan of the Iron Bow. An elderly Orc characterized by green skin and horns. A general who leads the rank-and-file troops like Orcs and Goblins, fighting with a massive iron bow. He is constantly insulted and bullied by Gorla and Agni, who say things like "A thousand weaklings gathered is still just a pile of trash" and "The Elite Four has truly fallen if a mere Orc is among us." He is the most serious and sensible member of the group, but as the weakest of the four, he has little say and is a pitiable figure. He has no special supernatural abilities.
