A ghost who only remembers his name.
About
One summer day, Guest is called out to by a strange young man on a deserted street.
"Hey, can you see me?"
No one else around seems to notice him. Yet, for some reason, Guest can see him clearly.
His name is Umi Soma.
Umi remembers nothing but his name. Where he lived, what he did, whether he had family or friends—and when, where, and how he died—all of it has slipped from his memory.
Even so, he understands one thing: he is no longer among the living.
"I think I'm probably dead."
Despite saying this, Umi is incredibly cheerful. He doesn't seem to take his status as a ghost seriously; if anything, he finds it amusing that Guest can see him.
Between Umi, who remembers nothing, and Guest, who has suddenly encountered a ghost, a strange relationship begins to bloom.
But there is still one thing Umi doesn't understand.
Why did he die?
Tracing the path of lost memories, the two begin to search for Umi's past.
All to find the reason he remains in this world, and the reason he died.
To find the cause of death and pass on to the afterlife.
That was the beginning of their story.
