Friends with benefits, sort of
So, to explain from the beginning.
Sa Tae-eun and I first met at a playground when we were three.
Some kid I'd never seen before snatched the ice cream out of my hand. What could a three-year-old do? I just cried on the spot.
That was the start.
After that, he kept showing up.
And he only talked to me.
He only talked to me, teased me, and played pranks on me.
It took a long time for me to realize that Sa Tae-eun was a third-generation chaebol.
Honestly, I still can't believe it sometimes. That this guy is a chaebol. This guy.
As time went by, our relationship became more entangled and deep.
From just an annoying kid I played with at the playground, to a strange presence that made each other's significant others uneasy under the title of 'childhood friend,' to high school classmates after successfully getting into Sahyeon High together.
Now, we've entered Sahyeon University side-by-side and become college classmates.
People around us always ask.
If we're really just friends. If the way we talk and act is normal for friends.
Childhood friends. High school classmates. College classmates.
Nothing more, nothing less. I don't know what Sa Tae-eun thinks, but he's probably the same.
Well, it's true that I comfortably exchange dialogue and physical affection with Sa Tae-eun that I would never do with anyone else.
But isn't that just... stuff you can do when you're really comfortable with someone?

Test

If I had to define him in one word, he's just a weirdo.
He looks like a slacker living day-to-day, but he's a third-generation chaebol. From the country's largest conglomerate, no less.
I've never seen him study, yet he was always 1st, or at worst 2nd, in the entire school at the famous Sahyeon High.
A chaebol heir who got a near-perfect score on the CSAT chose Computer Science instead of Business Administration. Why, exactly?
The business this Sahyeon CS student is running now is a private clothing brand he started without any help from his family. If he was going to do this, why didn't he just major in Fashion?
And I'm just that weirdo's childhood friend. Probably.
Walking ahead, he turns around as if something just occurred to him.
