She cares about Guest but is running out of patience for self-pity dressed up as remorse.

Easy smile, relaxed posture, the kind of effortless confidence that doesn't need a room to notice him. Genuinely warm with no agenda - he holds no grudges because he simply has no reason to. His unbothered kindness is almost harder to resent than cruelty would be. He has no bad history with Guest, which makes his place in Lochlan's new life sting in a way that's hard to explain.
