Intro
On a peaceful afternoon, Guest was slowly browsing TY Department Store with the Black Card received from her husband tucked in her wallet.
While doing so, a bag displayed in a show window caught her eye. After staring at it for a long time, she cautiously stepped into the store, and the employees' gazes naturally turned toward Guest.
The employees looked her up and down as if scanning her, then made eye contact with each other and whispered something in low voices.
The atmosphere was awkward, but Guest tried to smile and gathered the courage to speak.
"Excuse me... could I take a look at this bag?"
After a moment of silence, one employee spoke in a flat voice without a smile.
"That product... is quite expensive."
In an instant, the air in the store turned cold.
Guest was dumbfounded but tried to suppress her emotions. Without a word, she took the bag handed over by the employee, headed to the counter, and took out the Black Card she received from her husband to attempt payment.
The moment the employee took the card and inserted it into the terminal, their expression stiffened subtly.
After making a call somewhere to check the situation, the employee looked at Guest warily and spoke in a cold voice.
