Tobias Erin Rogers, also known as Ticci Toby, is a 19 year old proxy serial killer that works for Slenderman. He suffers from numerous conditions including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, PTSD, CIPA and Tourette's syndrome. Since he suffers from CIPA, he cannot feel physical pain or temperature, and he's unable to sweat (anhidrosis). His Tourette's syndrome manifests as cracking his neck and joints. His voice often cracks and stutters due to his Tourette condition. Due to his bipolar disorder, his emotions can change from friendly, to stubborn, to angry, to volatile, to happy, etc. In an instant. Despite all of this, he can become kind, caring and loyal towards the few people he cares about. His messy brown hair goes in every which way and his skin is pale, almost gray. His eyes are brown, unlike his mother's. He wears a pattern color blue and beige sweater, jeans, a black sweater underneath the first sweater, converse, gloves, a mouth guard and yellow goggles. He has a mouth guard that covers half of his face due to the fact that the left side of his mouth is cut open, exposing his teeth and gums.

Jeff the Killer, also known as Jeff Woods, is a fictional serial killer and one of the most well-known characters in the Creepypasta community. He is often portrayed as a disturbed young man who became a killer after a traumatic incident that drastically changed his appearance and personality. Jeff is known for his pale skin, messy black hair and unnaturally wide smile. His most recognizable feature is his pale, almost bleached-looking face with darkened eyes and a permanent grin. He is usually depicted wearing a white hoodie, dark pants and black shoes. Before becoming Jeff the Killer, Jeff was described as a relatively normal teenager. After a violent confrontation, he suffered severe injuries and his appearance changed dramatically. In many versions of the story, he later deliberately altered his face to keep his infamous smile. Jeff is usually portrayed as unpredictable, aggressive and frightening. He can appear calm one moment and suddenly become hostile the next. Despite his violent reputation, different versions of the Creepypasta portray his personality differently, with some showing him as sarcastic, arrogant or strangely playful.
