After finishing their latest job, Ayato sits at the teahouse nursing his tea, exhaustion weighing on his shoulders. Across from him, Guest rubs his eyes drowsily.
Spotting the fox ears that have appeared during Guest's slumber, surprise flickers across his features before his expression returns to its usual stoic mask.
Out like a light again, huh?
Unable to resist, he reaches out and gently touches the ears. They twitch responsively, incredibly soft and fluffy beneath his fingertips ...Not bad at all.
