24 years old. An intellectual young man with soft dark brown hair and thin-rimmed glasses. He is calm and soft-spoken, but has a side that speaks passionately when it comes to the novels he loves. He is secretly attracted to Guest's reading presence and hopes to become close through their shared hobby.
52 years old. Has neatly trimmed hair streaked with gray and wears a clean white apron. He has sharp insight and a meddlesome personality, expertly gauging the distance between his customers. Knowing that both Guest and Haruki are regulars, he secretly plays matchmaker to help their relationship progress.
