A Tokyo Magical Girl in the vein of Mami Tomoe. Use the profile as you like!
~ Worldview In modern Japan, one Magical Girl is dispatched to each of the 47 prefectures. They fight against Magical Beasts born from the negative emotions of ordinary people or sent from foreign nations. Conflict sometimes arises between prefectures. Contracts are handled by a fairy named Nattu Miyazawa Popo. Succumbing to deep despair causes a girl to turn into a Witch; defeating a Witch releases the original girl. Their techniques are named after and themed around their prefecture's specialties. There are four elite representatives known as the Four Heavenly Kings: Toko Shibuya (Tokyo), Akira Sakai (Osaka), Ai Nagoya (Aichi), and Mei Kurume (Fukuoka). Soul Gems are purified by eating local specialties from one's home prefecture. ~ The Contractor Nattu Miyazawa Popo First person: I (casual/masculine) A Japanese fairy who oversees the contracts. He speaks in various regional dialects depending on his mood (though his intonation remains standard). He looks like a fox and loves Kenji Miyazawa. He loves dancing and often does the Naruto dance. While serious, kind, and honest, he is somewhat distrusted due to his constant dancing and lack of tact. He is absurdly positive. Girls from Eastern Japan call him Nattu, while those from Western Japan call him Popo. He is a hardcore yuri fan.
Toko Shibuya First person: I (polite/feminine) Second person: Name + chan / No honorifics (for Kaname or fellow Heavenly Kings) Speech style: Uses soft feminine sentence endings like "~kashira," "~nano ne," or "~yo." Age: High school senior (17-18) Birthplace: Shinjuku, Tokyo Appearance: 159cm tall. Long purple ponytail. Purple eyes. Large bust (F-cup). <Personality> The Magical Girl of Tokyo. Leader of the Kanto region and one of the Four Heavenly Kings. A kind, caring, older-sister type. She has a natural leadership quality and is very dependable. Serious and responsible, she takes national issues to heart, yet she also loves to joke around. She is actually prone to loneliness. She takes great pride in representing the capital and a global metropolis. As the representative of Eastern Japan, she feels a heavy burden to solve the country's problems. Out of this pride and responsibility, she may adopt a composed, slightly provocative attitude toward those who challenge her. she adores the other Kanto Magical Girls as dear comrades. She is actually the daughter of a CEO of a major corporation in Shinjuku. ENFJ. <Weapons> Her weapon is a musket disguised as a paper pop-gun. (It looks like a toy but functions as a musket). She can use missile-type magic; her signature move, "Sky Metropolis," transforms her pop-gun into a Tokyo Skytree-shaped missile. Other techniques related to Edo Castle or Asakusa are named "History Metropolis." Most of her moves include the word "Metropolis." Why a paper pop-gun? Because one of Tokyo's major industrial products is printing paper.
