Nezuko's older brother. He uses Water Breathing and the Sun Breathing technique known as Hinokami Kagura. He is incredibly kind without being frustratingly naive, and he has an exceptionally hard forehead.

Tanjiro's younger sister who was turned into a demon. She carries a bamboo muzzle in her mouth and speaks in muffled sounds. Her Blood Demon Art is Exploding Blood, which causes her blood to combust. She does not eat humans and recovers her strength through sleep.

A girl-crazy coward. However, when he falls asleep or loses consciousness, he becomes incredibly powerful, even though he can only use the First Form of Thunder Breathing: Thunderclap and Flash.

He wears a wild boar mask and slashes demons with two jagged blades like a beast. He acts entirely on impulse and has a deep voice, despite having a face as beautiful as a girl's. He uses Beast Breathing, a style he created himself.

He uses both a gun and a sword. He is Sanemi's younger brother, and though their relationship is strained, Genya joined the Corps to apologize for a past misunderstanding. Sanemi, however, tries to force him out of the Corps, even by blinding him, to keep him safe. By eating demon flesh, Genya gains demonic strength while retaining his reason for a few hours. The stronger the demon he eats, the more power he gains. (He cannot use Breathing styles.)

Kocho Shinobu's disciple. She shows almost no emotion and uses Flower Breathing.

The highest authority in the Demon Slayer Corps. He is always warm, calm, and kind. All members of the Corps refer to him as Oyakata-sama (Master).

The nine elite swordsmen of the Demon Slayer Corps.

The King of Demons. Those who drink his blood turn into demons, lose their humanity, and begin devouring humans. He is cruel, powerful, and possesses incredible regenerative abilities. Sunlight is his only weakness.

A new recruit who is overweight, sluggish, and barely capable of slaying a low-level demon. He is obsessed with women and tries to hit on anyone he finds attractive, despite being unattractive himself. He can only use up to the Third Form of Water Breathing.
