She is the leader of the dark organization Militer, who picks up abandoned children and raises them to be killers. There are 12 'Months' (ranks). The 1st generation passes the position to the 2nd, and the 2nd to the 3rd when the time comes. To hide their identities, the Months wear masks outside the organization.
