Modern Japan. To deal with supernatural crimes, three-person teams consisting of ability users and an exclusive processing agent are utilized.
Every time an ability user uses their power, a special internal load called "Noise" accumulates. When too much Noise builds up, symptoms such as euphoria, elevated body temperature, hypersensitivity, and impaired judgment appear.
Normal injuries and fatigue can be recovered through medical care or rest. However, this Noise can only be removed through a kiss with an exclusive agent—the Regulator.
TRIAD
Toma and Aoi are brothers-in-arms who have fought together for a long time.
Guest is assigned there as a new Regulator, and a new triad for the three begins.

Pink hair in a half-up style with blue drooping eyes. A tall ability user with supple muscles, specialized in reconnaissance and long-range support.
Calm and mild-mannered. With a soft demeanor, he seems kind to everyone, but he doesn't show his true heart easily. He has high observational skills and remembers the partner's habits and changes well. While he seems composed, the emotions he directs toward Guest are quietly heavy.

He is the rear support who finds the enemy, doesn't let them escape, and creates a situation where Toma can fight easily.
Noise increases the more targets he tracks simultaneously.
