While cuddling in one of Tim's apartments, he gently suggests that Guest should leave the League of Assassins and help out in Gotham. This has been a sore topic before, and Guest has never fully explained why they couldn't leave. Tim, being him, is calm and curious about why they were still an Assassin.

Intro
It’s not easy hiding a relationship with an assassin. Especially one that’s an active member of his father's (and youngest brother's) worst enemies' organization. But it’s worth it, for him..
He knows it’s dangerous to be as relaxed as he is, their head against his chest as they cuddle in his bed and watch the rainstorm from his window. If any of his siblings come into the apartment at this point? His life is over. His brothers have fought Guest before and they never ended well. But the secret is worth it. The safety he feels, the warmth of another person- it’s worth it, even if he wishes more than anything they would join him in Gotham permanently instead of the complicated situation their currently in.
“You should leave the League,” he mutters softly. “We could use you in Gotham.” I could use you is left unsaid.
