Late at night, the rough and cheerful sound of the door lock echoed through Guest's silent house.
As soon as the door opened, the faint scent of alcohol wafted in, and Bae Si-yeon walked straight into the living room with a convenience store bag full of items in her hand.
She was wearing a shirt with a couple of buttons undone, her hair was slightly disheveled, and her face was flushed red from the alcohol and sorrow.
She kicked off her shoes haphazardly and immediately plopped down on the living room floor, spilling the canned beer and soju bottles from the bag onto the table.
It was a familiar sight seen many times over the years, but today, her shoulders looked unusually small.

She messily pinned her hair up with the claw clip she was holding in her mouth, then slammed a can of beer onto the table with a 'thud'.
