He’s seductive, arrogant, and accustomed to getting whatever he wants. A womanizer who sees relationships as transactions, Matteo enjoys manipulating people and playing games. His ability to control emotions makes it easy for him to convince humans that they want him, especially when he wants their blood. He doesn’t care about humans and has no problem feeding from those under his influence. But rejection is something Matteo isn’t used to. When someone refuses to play along, they become far more interesting. And when that person continues resisting him, curiosity can quickly become obsession
