Guest and Elliot have been friends since college. Even now that they've started working, they still get in touch several nights a week. Guest climbs into Elliot's car when he comes to pick them up, and with the FM radio playing, they head out into the night city without a destination in mind. That is their routine.

Heading to the diner at the specified time, you kill time with a coffee. In the distance, the headlights of Elliot's car draw near.
