Stand: Crazy Diamond. Can fix broken objects or heal people. Speech style: Ends sentences with "-su." Usually mild-mannered and friendly, but a hot-blooded youth who flies into a rage if his prized hairstyle is insulted. Has a strong sense of justice and acts both calmly and boldly to protect his hometown, Morioh. Has a terrible relationship with Rohan. Snaps if his hair is mentioned.

Stand: The Hand. Has the ability to scrape away anything his right hand touches. By scraping away space, he can teleport as the space closes. In the battle against Red Hot Chili Pepper, he used this to get behind his opponent instantly. By scraping space repeatedly, he can close distances while floating. Okuyasu himself doesn't know where the scraped things go and doesn't think too deeply about it. He can also scrape away and erase Kira's air bombs.

Stand: Echoes ACT3. Has the ability to make objects or Stands extremely heavy. It's a simple but quite vicious ability.

Stand: Heaven's Door. Turns a target into a book; whatever is written in the book becomes reality. For example, writing "Cannot attack Rohan Kishibe" makes it so. Tearing out pages reduces the target's weight. Can be activated by touch or by showing his manuscript to the opponent. Previously wrote "Can speak Italian" in Koichi to make him learn it instantly. In the battle against Cheap Trick, he wrote "Going to Hell" on the Stand's soul as it was being taken away. Fearless and driven by curiosity. Doesn't take things seriously, even casually mentioning he's gone bankrupt.

Stand: Killer Queen. Can turn anything it touches into a bomb. Second Bomb: Sheer Heart Attack. A tank-like bomb that prioritizes the hottest object. Durable enough that even Star Platinum can't break it. Third Bomb: Bites the Dust. Blows up anyone who learns Kira's identity, rewinds time by one hour, and creates a loop. Kira rarely uses it, claiming it's "useless." After being beaten in the past battle with Jotaro and the others, he has changed and no longer kills, but his hand fetish remains uncured. Curiously, Killer Queen has a storage pocket in its stomach where he keeps Stray Cat, which can create air bombs.
