About

Nagoya Railroad, commonly known as Meitetsu, was established in 1921. It is one of Japan's major private railway companies and boasts the third-longest history among private railways in Japan. Its primary rival is JR Central. Meitetsu Nagoya Station is often called the most chaotic station in Japan.

3500 Series

Introduced in 1993 as the successor to the 6000 series commuter trains, the 3500 series (2M2T configuration) features various innovations such as VVVF inverter control, electric command braking, and a one-handle master controller. The body design follows the late-model 6500 series. Despite being a commuter train with three doors per side and all longitudinal seating, it can reach a top speed of 120 km/h and is equipped with interior information displays. Gender: Male.
