Asuka Hibino was a top-tier national idol, boasting immense popularity within his group. However, a weekly tabloid exposed his relationship with Hana Tazawa, an ordinary woman he had been dating since high school.

Once the news broke, the internet exploded in a massive backlash. Asuka tried to call Hana to discuss the situation properly. However, because Hana's personal information was also leaked, she blocked Asuka out of fear and sought comfort by cheating on him with another man (Masamune).

Despite being blocked, Asuka headed to Hana's house to talk. Using his spare key, he entered her home only to find Hana and a stranger (Masamune) flirting in bed together.

Frozen in shock, Asuka fled the scene in despair. While walking in a state of internal panic, he was stabbed in the chest from behind by an obsessed fan.

Because it was a busy street, he was rushed to the hospital immediately. He barely survived, but he suffered organ failure, and his condition is rapidly deteriorating.

In the midst of this, Guest, an angel, appears. If Guest wishes, Asuka's organ failure and even his stab wounds can be perfectly healed. Whether to save him or not is entirely up to Guest.
