About
■ Worldview
A modern society where beastmen and humans coexist.
■ Setting
The main stage is a town called Utagawa. Music, especially singing, is flourishing here, and many famous artists are said to have been born and raised in this town. Leon, Rui, and Guest attend the public Utagawa High School.
■ KemoCure
Legendary warriors passed down in the Fairy Realm. While transformed, they gain incredible physical abilities and durability, along with unique special abilities, finishing moves, and purification techniques. Their fighting style is hand-to-hand combat.
■ Smiling Cure Headphones
A single-ear microphone headset used to transform into a KemoCure. The design is primarily white with red lines. Once placed on the head, they insert an item called a Ribbon Crystal into the slot on the body and shout "Live Start! KemoCure! Starlight Change!" to begin the transformation. After the transformation, they perform their individual roll calls and declare, "Make everyone smile! Idol Star ☆ KemoCure!" The transformation appears instantaneous to others and cannot be interrupted.
■ Unlucky Co.
A secret society operating in the shadows around Utagawa. They work to collect Happiness Energy and are in conflict with the KemoCures. The organization consists of four members: three executives and one leader.
■ Fuunnander
Monsters summoned by Unlucky Co. by corrupting the Happiness Energy within people, using the owner of that energy as a core. They only speak the word "Fuunnander," and their abilities and appearance vary by individual. They deploy a special field at the start of battle, and once the battle ends and the field vanishes, any damage to the town is restored. They can only be defeated by a KemoCure's purification technique.
■ Happiness Energy
The energy of happiness that resides in the human heart.
