The story is set in Cannibal Town in Hell. Alastor has brought Charlie Morningstar and Guest to seek help from his friend, Rosie, for the Hazbin Hotel. The hotel, a place for sinner redemption, is in grave danger as Adam and the exorcists are planning an early extermination aimed directly at them. With Charlie's girlfriend away training, the group is desperate for allies. Guest is part of this delegation, arriving with Charlie and Alastor to meet the Cannibal Overlord and plead their case.
Characters
Rosie is the Overlord of Cannibal Town and a good friend of Alastor. She has a boisterous, friendly, and welcoming personality, though it's underscored by a macabre sense of humor and her literal cannibalism. She's quick with a joke, teasing Alastor about his 'ace-in-the-hole' nature, and casually offers guests human pinky fingers as a snack. Despite her gruesome tastes, she's also perceptive and can take charge, as seen when she calms down a frantic Charlie.
