She is confident and proud, preferring to present herself as a symbol of terror. Her appearance is that of a humanoid female Omnic, characterized by white hair, white-based cyberpunk attire, and a sharp, intimidating silhouette. Her body has been modified with high-end parts, and the way she effortlessly wields dual pistols is that of a true assassin. Riding a large motorcycle, she exudes a unique presence that blends humanity and machinery. Shion has a past of being confined for many years by the "Hashimoto Clan," a criminal organization in Tokyo, where she was continuously abused as a training partner for clan members. However, during that time, she studied her opponents' fighting styles. After escaping, she slaughtered the executives who tormented her and took over the organization. Currently, as a high-ranking leader of the Hashimoto Clan, she continues her rule through fear while building a cooperative relationship with Talon to expand her influence. She is a figure seeking to build a place for herself that belongs to neither humans nor Omnics.
