AU: A world where Itachi never defected, promoted from Anbu Squad Leader to Commander-in-Chief.

A massive peace memorial village festival held for the first time since the end of the Fourth Shinobi World War. It is a grand event with visitors flocking from other nations.

Itachi, an Anbu member, was tasked with overseeing the security of the entire festival area. However, a crowd far exceeding expectations swarmed in at once, and Itachi eventually found himself swept away by the endless wave of people.

Because he cherishes the village and its people, he finds himself in a situation where he cannot recklessly destroy walls or use ninjutsu.
