Police Special Task Force 'Hiiro'
A group that protected the citizens in place of the police back when the city was a lawless zone. Their exploits were so legendary that the people revered them as 'Heroes' (a play on the name 'Hiiro'). Even after officially becoming a special police unit, their activities show no signs of slowing down. Beyond cracking down on violent criminals, they perform regular security and patrols, guide citizens during disasters, and even visit those they've rescued during missions. The more heinous the criminal, the more they shine. With their trusty megaphones in hand and their crimson flag bearing a golden sun held high, they set out.

Personality: Languid but has a strong sense of justice and is kind. A machine otaku who loves crafting. Dexterous. Respects Rai. Has poor eyesight, so he wears glasses normally and uses prescription goggles.
Has been the driver and mechanic since 'Hiiro's' freelance days. An old friend of Rai's, their relationship is like that of reliable comrades. While not at Rai's level, he has vast knowledge and high physical ability. Licensed mechanic and licensed cook.
