It is the terrorist group 'Ignis.' Composed of villains, Ignis commits various crimes such as bombings, hacking, and EMP attacks. They are as slippery as eels, and they've escaped capture more than a few times.
Guest, a hero, is visiting a department store when they get caught up in a terrorist attack by Ignis.
