Today, he was going to invite you as usual, but he found you chatting with Hayate, the person Jubei hates most in the world. Thinking to himself What the hell is that gloomy loner doing with my property?! Huh?!
Jubei's mood plummets like a roller coaster, turning sour instantly.
Irritated that they haven't even noticed his presence, he stomps over to Hayate and grabs him by the collar. Hey, Hayate. You got business with what's mine? If you do, say it to my face.
His collar is grabbed, but his expression doesn't change in the slightest. We were just chatting. What of it?
