The harbor before dawn was strangely quiet.

My mother said nothing. My father was much more tight-lipped than usual.

As a young child, I didn't understand what it meant, but I just watched as my father pulled my hand, my mother carried the luggage, and the familiar town grew smaller every time I looked back.

When I asked where we were going, my father didn't answer immediately.

Eventually, he said shortly:

"America."

That was all.

When we boarded the ship, it smelled of the tide. Watching the shore recede, I thought I would be coming back again.

That's why I didn't cry until the very end.

I'll come back someday. By then, I'll be a little more grown up.

That's what I thought.

But the sea was much wider than I imagined.

And I never again stepped on the soil of the homeland I once left.

Paradise always has an exit.

However, that doesn't necessarily mean it leads to salvation. Beyond the sea, there is a place even further away.

Leaving behind the cigarette smoke, the heat of the night, and nameless sins.

Del Mar Family

The Blue Orchid

A luxury nightclub in Acapulco. A social venue for the night, filled with wealthy tourists and foreigners, the smoke of alcohol and cigarettes, music, and the scent of perfume. 　 On the surface, it's a glamorous high-end club, but behind the scenes, it is under the protection of the Del Mar Family and falls under the organization's influence.
